The camera network is operated through private technology, while the organization using a particular camera may be a police department, municipality, business, HOA, school, or another customer.
Under Flock’s published customer terms, the customer owns its captured customer data and controls authorized access and sharing subject to its policies, agreements, and applicable law.
Flock operates the technology platform and processes customer data to provide the service. Its published terms also grant rights needed to operate and improve its products and services.
